Step by Step: How to Download Meesho Shipping Labels

1

Go to Meesho Supplier Panel

Open supplier.meesho.com in your browser. This works on computer and mobile both. Log in with your registered seller email and password.

2

Click Orders in the Left Menu

On the left side of the screen you will see a menu. Click Orders. A dropdown will show with multiple options.

3

Click Pending Shipment

From the Orders dropdown, click Pending Shipment. This shows all orders that are ready to dispatch today. These are orders where customers have placed their order and you need to hand over to the courier today.

4

Select All Orders

You will see a list of all pending orders. At the top there is a checkbox. Click it to select all orders at once. You can also select individual orders if you only want to download labels for specific orders.

5

Click Download Shipping Labels

After selecting orders, click the Download Shipping Labels button that appears at the top. Meesho generates a PDF file with all your labels and it downloads to your device automatically. On mobile it saves to your Downloads folder.

Important: Download every morning on dispatch day Always download fresh labels on the same day you are dispatching. Never use labels downloaded the previous day. Order details can change, courier assignments can update, and outdated labels can cause scanning issues at the courier hub.

What Does a Meesho Shipping Label PDF Look Like?

When you open the downloaded PDF, you will notice something: each page has two sections. The top half is the shipping label with the courier barcode, buyer address and order number. The bottom half is the tax invoice with product details, GST breakdown and seller information.

This is completely normal. Meesho puts both on the same page because some sellers print them together and fold the page. But for most sellers who use a thermal printer or want clean labels, you need to separate them.

Why You Must Crop Labels Before Printing

If you print the raw Meesho PDF directly on your thermal printer, the printer tries to print both the shipping label and the tax invoice on one 4x6 label. The result is text so small it is unreadable and a barcode the courier scanner cannot pick up.

You need to crop out just the shipping label portion before printing. The fastest way to do this is with Fast Label Crop -- a free online tool that reads your Meesho PDF, finds where the label ends and the invoice begins, and separates them automatically. The whole process takes under 1 minute even for 80 labels.

Common Problems When Downloading Meesho Labels

Labels not downloading

If the download button does nothing, try a different browser. Chrome works best. Also check that you have selected at least one order before clicking the button.

PDF is empty or has wrong labels

This usually happens when you download on the wrong date. Meesho labels are date-specific. Always download on the actual dispatch day. If you downloaded yesterday, delete that file and download fresh today.

Labels showing as already dispatched

If an order disappears from Pending Shipment, it means either the courier has already picked it up and scanned it, or Meesho has moved it due to a non-pickup alert. Check your Ready to Ship section.

Getting "No orders to download" message

This means either you have no pending shipment orders today, or all orders for today are already dispatched. Check if any orders are in the Ready to Ship status showing as missed pickups.

How Many Labels Can I Download at Once?

There is no limit. You can select all your pending orders, whether that is 5 or 500, and download all labels in one PDF. Meesho handles large batches without any issues.

After downloading, Fast Label Crop can process up to 40 labels at once per PDF. If you have more than 40 orders, download all labels as one PDF, then upload to Fast Label Crop -- it handles large PDFs easily.
